This two-hour meeting is designed to teach participants how to sign the vocabulary listed in the booklet, discuss cultural aspects, and helpful tips to better serve Deaf patients during the pandemic.
ASL for Medical Professionals prepares individuals by teaching the necessary skills to facilitate communication until the Interpreter for the Deaf arrives at the hospital, clinic, or doctor's office.
